I was here late 2019 into early 2020. I really enjoyed my time. I lived alone upstairs, it was my bachelor pad. The community was very very quiet and low key. The place was very clean and organized. I never had any issues with anyone or anything and would easily go back if I had to (or could afford to). My unit was just as clean as the model they showed me. I’m a Richmond native and lived all across the city. I think this place put me at ease the most knowing it’s safe, no bugs, no loud noise, no broken appliances and it was clean. I loved the tech package, being able to control both the thermostat and unlocking the door from my phone, plus my skylight view to see the clouds

I lived here for the past 9 months and I have nothing but positive things to say about this apartment homes, the location is great and the surroundings are very quite and the maintenance is top notch.

I have lived for a year and I absolutely love it. I just transferred to a bigger one bed room that is fully renovated and it’s so pretty!! Sidney and his office team are amazing and so helpful, the maintenance team is just as great. They are also doing renovations around the complex and the stuff they’re doing looks good as well. Highly recommend the property.

I enjoyed my tour at Maple Springs, Ilea Rickard provided me with great information and service. I only wish I saw my model of what I’d be living in but she helped me visualize the layout very well. I still chose this as my home.
