Been here for 2 years, first I was in 2 bedrooms and the office was great and maintenance buttttt after I moved to 3 bedrooms everything is horrible if I have anything wrong I have to wait a lot till the maintenance fix it and the kitchen is very old and very dirty, I asked them and they told me will change the kitchen cabinets I have been here for 10 months right now and nothing happened every time i sent emails for that, they replied me will check with kitchen company and nothing happened me and my kids scratched many times from the kitchen because all the painting peeling out,,, don’t recommend to anyone!! Bad maintenance and bad infrastructure, the fridge and oven VERY OLDDDDDDD

Literally the worst apartment complex I have ever stayed in! There were issues from the very beginning upon my move-in inspection that I marked that were never taken care of. Maintenance scheduling is so terrible that I don't even call the office, I just call the emergency line and even then it might take 2 or 3 attempts to actually get the problem fixed. You cannot get a prompt response back from the office about important matters pertaining to your residency and apparently they might occasionally lose paperwork. On the plus side the rent is relatively low for the Westend of Henrico so I guess you get what you pay for...

On the plus side, the ladies working in the leasing office have always been pleasant. On the other side, the noise level around here is insane.
