Everyone in the office is real nice, but that’s the only thing nice I have to say about the property. Moved in November. First three nights had no heat and it was in the 20s every night. Maintenance said it wasn’t an emergency because it didn’t pose a threat to the property. Now my AC can’t keep up with the heat and their solution was to bring me a nasty window unit that had dead roaches and black mold in it. This property is ran my a huge company that obviously puts profits and property over their residents. And even though is across the street from the police station, I still hear gun shots once a week. Avoid at all cost.

Do Not Move To London Towne, I Have Been In 2 Different Floor Plans In 2 Different Sides Of The Complex, The Current Managers Rosa & Gloria Know Absolutely Nothing About Customer Service & Offer Delayed Responses And No Subsitution For Broken Equipment In Your Apartment, Since I Moved In To My Townhome 12 Months Ago I Have Had My Washer Break, My Dishwasher Break, My Hot Water Tank Break, My Heater Break, My AC Stolen & My Toilet Pipeline Backup With Fecies All Over My Floor & Received Nothing In Return Except For A Sorry It’s Getting Fixed, Your Far Better Anywhere Except For London Towne, Stay Away From This Place. P.S. Everytime Your Lease Expires Expect Your Rent To Go Up $100+ Plus Every Time If You Decide To Stay.

I moved-in on July 1st and from the day of my move in there are multiple issues which i have been patiently informing the leasing office and maintenance team. i do see the comments by the admin saying first-class customer service. But this is the worst customer service anyone would experience. All they say is that they would give a callback and never return. The front door decorative piece fell off due to rain. And I have been informing them from the day of move in. Still no action. Once you raise a service request, they straight away close it out without taking any action . The rain water gutter is damaged and rain water enters your room . Still they don't care. They mentioned it was newly renovated kitchen and all I have is fridge with a hole, broken fridge racks , stained carpet , broken shelves in the closet , OTG without no light etc
