There was a lady at the front desk who was really rude maybe needing a find a new job she was irritated with the clients and patients are overheard her conversation about her frustration with clients getting on her nerves I just feel as if you know you're working with clients you have to be patient and she was not she was very irritable and very rude coming in through the door she asked what was needed I told her a drug test screening she then was rude saying that she couldn't hear me because I have my mask on which I've been pulled my mask down and told her with a meaningful tone that I have a confirmation overall other staff was really nice but it's the lady at the front desk who has that attitude

I have been to several Concentra locations, but Grandview really knocked my socks off! The ladies at the front desk were absolutely perfect - friendly, fun and personable! They were, even at 4:30pm, happy to see me and ready to take care of me! I highly recommend this location!

Got in early barley anyone in still waited for 2 hours for a physical. One staff member was rude to me for whatever reason. Will never go back and give them my money.
