Stay away from this company. I’ve had an absolutely horrible experience with them especially in the customer service department. First, they gave me an estimate based on the plat and didn’t even bother coming out to measure the property. The estimate was $38/feet which was higher but I saw the reviews and thought if I’m getting a good service, it’ll be worth it. However, the installation was scheduled 12 weeks out and I when the installers finally showed up, I found they were a 3rd party subcontracting company. Who got paid wayyy less than what pioneer charged me. In addition, they told me the estimated was wrong by 20 feet and I’ll have to pay extra or they will go back (after 12 weeks of waiting). When I called the sales guy and office (sales guy was usually unreachable), they were very condescending and basically told me to pound sand. The invoice was not clear either and didn’t include itemized details, just a total. Overall, very poor experience. Just hire a smaller company who will be more responsive, reachable and cost effective.

Dakota and Justin from Pioneer Fence recently installed a split rail fence around my vegetable garden, that also included deer/rabbit/chipmunk fencing at the bottom for extra protection. They were on time, incredibly professional and completed the project quickly and cleaned up after they were finished. Hands down I would recommend this company for fencing installation, not only for the quality of the materials but for the professionalism of the employees.
