Been living here for 4 months. Already, the blinds fell out the window because the proper nails weren't used and the holes are too big. The paneling under the cabinets the was glued on came off. The door to my 2nd bedroom won't stay shut because the hole for the latch is to big. Since July 26th my AC unit hasn't been working. Called maintenance and management several times. Left messages. No response. Went to the leasing office, they sent a tech, he reset the control panel which wasn't the issue. The panel was blinking CLEAN FILTER. He told me that he needed to get into my utility room but he didn't have the key. I told him that the condenser outside made a humming noise. Said he will be back and never returned. Had to purchase fans to keep my apartment cool. Called leasing office again, they sent a second tech, he literally repeated the same steps, told me I may need coolant and that he will be back to check the unit after it's been running for a while.....never came back. I do not recommend this complex. These are not luxury apartments but you will be paying a luxury price. It's a shame that "management" don't care about their tenants. I can't even enjoy the apartment because of this experience. Been through 2 heatwaves with no AC. My apartment was 93 degrees for 3 days. Very upsetting and frustrating.
