I came here on a Friday evening with a friend and thanks to making a reservation ahead of time we got seated right away. It was packed but there were still a few open tables. I got the vegan ramen with egg, their only vegetarian / vegan option. It came out in less than 15 minutes and service was great. Having been to their Irvine location, I came in with high expectations as it was the best ramen I've had there. This was great but not fantastic, perhaps because they didn't offer garlic/chili paste like the Irvine branch did, but also the flavors in the ramen seemed a bit off and it was light on veggies. Perhaps a one-off experience. Just keep in mind on busier days they will probably enforce the time limit (45 minutes). Also they charge a flat 16% gratuity / service charge, yet they also offer a tipping option. Parking in this plaza is plenty. Would recommend this spot to try at least once if you enjoy ramen!

The best ramen in the world I tried the SHOYU RAMEN and it's a delight 😋 I'm going to miss them so much 😍, I also recommend the PORK RICE BOWL!!! Super friendly staff!
