Great food! Don't ask for soy sauce!

This our go-to ramen spot. The line is usually around the upper mezzanine railing but goes fast. Average wait time is 30 min. The ramen is AMAZING. The service is also WONDERFUL. Highly highly recommend this spot.

Got here ~4:15 and there was already a small line. We barely got in as the first crowd but it was so worth it. Used to get the Black King a lot, but I've been leaning towards the Red King lately. All other flavors are delicious and worth a try as well. They do brief history of Ramen Nagi + explanations of how ordering works while you're in line, which is neat. Their sides are back!!!

I've had Ramen Nagi in 3 Countries this is the 4th, can't say much difference from the other franchise but this Branch got too MUCH NOISE inside Japanese music playing too loud and the Kaarage has a sweet glaze in it which is weird.

It's open. They do not do takeouts/pickup
It's probably ok if you go with a party where you are the only vegetarian but not a good choice if you have a party of vegetarians.
Update: you can modify to order a vegan ramen! The servers are more than happy to help fill out your order to accommodate vegans. I tried their Red King, no soup, and it was delicious. You get two orders of vegetables since you don't have soup. --- They have edamame but the veggie ramen is NOT vegan. It's a cauliflower based broth with milk.
Not sure. But the space is quite limited.
It should be, my friends super lactose and she's good.
No, they don't allow it since it's so busy
No it is tonkatsu, which means pork. They have a veggie option.
No
I think the longest pre-set table can accommodate 8, but they can always squeeze more tables together to fit more than that.
It depends in the time you go. I intentionally chose a Wednesday (middle of week) after lunch (1:45pm) to try it out, and there was still a short line (about 3 parties before us). To their credit, the line moved extremely fast, and my party of three was seated within 5 mins of standing in that short line. So my advice would be to go there during off peak hours, on week days, to the newest and very popular ramen restaurant in Valley Fair mall.
