I made an appointment at another salon this morning and said how I was going out of town at 1030am for a wedding the day off my appointment. They scheduled me for 9am. I stayed up until 2 am preparing for this wedding and my travels, woke up, rushed over and when I went to open the door THEY WERE CLOSED. I was so mad, sad and freaking out. I called T. Ann Nails because I had a very pleasant experience in the past. The owner answered the phone from home, remembered me, called by first name when she answered and opened her shop early for me. ANN IS AN ANGEL, SO TALENTED AND I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER NAIL SALON AGAIN.

I came for a full set, this nail salon was pleasant and small which I liked. I was not really satisfied with my full set the nails were completely different lengths and slightly different shapes on eat hand, she rushed though the painting and when I asked for a design I knew it wouldn't be exactly the same but ruth be told I could have done a better job with the design myself. Overall it was ok but the nail shaping was not good at all. I even came back to try again and the shape was completely off again. It's too much money for unsatisfactory result.

Clean, Nice Covid-19 protocol in place. Could have done a better job shaping nails. I also had 3 different techs which made it hard to communicate and get exactly what I wanted. Just happy to have nails and feet done again.
