I ordered a burger with no onions and they were on there anyway? Also really stingy with the fries. I’ve been to other locations and they really hook you up, y’all know what I’m talking about! Not here, just the fries in the cup with a small amount in the bag, never again!

Paid $12 for a burger with no fries but has the authentic taste to it. Friendly staff welcomed with a smile. The ktiches seemed organzied and clean so was the dinning area.

From what I can tell this is a corporate owned Five Guys and for some reason their fry servings are really small compared to other Five Guys. Go to a different one if you have a choice.

I just have to say: I just moved to the neighborhood and after visits to various restaurants in the area, I’ve been pretty disappointed. Tonight I went to Tropical Smoothie where they told me they couldn’t make my smoothie because they didn’t have a working blender, they couldn’t make my Buffalo chicken wrap, and then they wouldn’t give me my money back. They straight up tried to rob me, and were blatant and rude about it. Very rude. So I said, “Ya know what? Ima go to Five Guys.” I walk in, I’m immediately greeted with a pleasant, respectful, and helpful attitude and smile. I felt welcomed, they made my food to order and put it in my hands and thanked me and told me to have a good evening. Things that are as simple as pleasant and friendly customer service go a long way, and reflect how a business SHOULD be ran! Shout out to the employees and managers of the VC Five Guys for being one of the few restaurants in the neighborhood doing things right! Y’all run a tight ship and I thank you for making my dinner tonight!
