Do NOT go to this place after lunch time, there are always out of something, takes 30 min or longer in the drive thru, and order is always wrong. Last time I was there they had two employees in the parking lot taking a smoke break that decided that they needed to cuss us out as we were leaving the parking lot. ..

Was in drive through over 40 mins. French fries were cold and old. The customer service was awful. No greeting. No thank you for the wait. The gentleman who handed me the bag didn't even look at me. Just flung the bag and kept it moving. Awful service... NEVER AGAIN!!!

The coffee was hot. But every single table in the almost empty dining area was dirty. There was food on the floor and the place needed a good cleaning. There was no shortage of employees chatting behind the counter. Maybe one of them could make their way into the dining room to tidy it up.

These are supposed to be quarter pounders w/ cheese. The employees are slow, very underwhelming in the customer service side of things, and also don't even care to get an order correct. One of the employees lied and said they couldn't take orders at the register (because there was no cash drawer in the register) and that I had to use the kiosk. This is of course after I parked and went in because apparently taking drive through orders is optional to this group of employees. Okay no problem. Get home, and this is what I had in my bag. Patience and understanding, gets you garbage and disappointment; appreciate the $9 lesson you jerks. I do however love the Wendy's across the street from them, great service/food and they employ those with special needs!
