Just left the location in10176 Burk Rd. orderd 2 meal with extra chick fil a sauce no ice lemonade and another light ice lemonade got our meal with no chick fil a sauce 0 and the cup filled with ice,and no pickles on the sandwich

It's chic fila, its always good and service is always good. I special order my sandwich with extra pickle and they kept apologizing for my five min wait. I didn't think it was a big deal at all.

While visiting my son, who lives in the area, I decided to indulge my fondness for Chick-fil-A nuggets and peach shakes. After spending nearly 30 minutes in line, all the while wondering how they took orders at this particular location, I finally arrived at the service window. The gentleman at the window was amazed that no one had taken my order and told me that the only thing that I could do was go through the link again. I informed him that I would never come there again. This is th only disappointing experience thT I have ever had at Chick-fil-A.

This Chik fil a is not one of the best. I’ve gotten two sandwiches where the breading would get soggy and fall apart easily whether there was something moist on top or not. My last visit they filled my large fry up less than halfway and they used the other half As a holder for my sauces. I told a man who I assumed by the checkered shirt was the manager and he took the original fry from me and brought me a new one. The fries have an off taste and smell meaning the potatoes were going bad. I ignored it two visits prior because it was as strong and I assumed it would change but it just got slightly worst so I threw them away. I complained directly to the cares team and they simply responding about how they appreciated my review and my fries were never replaced. The photos attached are from 3 seperate occasions
