It's clean and quiet. Nice amenities. Only problem is the cooling in room. No instructions on how to lower or raise temp. Not a simple up down button and done. Front desk no help and of course no maintenance person on staff at 7:00 pm. I think if I was responsible for the hotel I would have someone available until at least 10:00 pm. Most guests check in by that time and would discover any problems that could possibly be handled by someone on staff. If my company hadn't already booked and payed for 2 days, I'd probably spend my 2nd night somewhere else.

I'm a diamond lifetime member with Hilton. This hotel met all my expectations and more. As an example when I made the reservation I asked for two extra pillows they were in the room usually I have to ask after I get there. The rooms were clean quiet and in the location requested highly recommend

The hotel was clean and inviting. Our room smelled impeccable upon opening the door. We only dipped our feet in the pool, but it felt like a nice temperature. The pool room was very clean and had nice lounging couches and chairs. Breakfast had a great selection, and we loved the pressed juices. Would definitely stay here again.

Best hotel we've stayed at in the state. An easy drive to/from Louisville. Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Perfectly cleaned room with enough towels and Neutrogena soaps and lotion. Comfortable beds and pillows! The pool is our favorite feature since it is indoors and heated. We haven't been in a salt pool before but it was great. They have towels in the pool room so you don't have to bring yours from the room. The breakfast was very nice and had everything you might want for breakfast. The only negative was other guests running in the halls at night, but it was spring break time. The highway can be heard from the rooms but I just use white noise to balance that out to sleep and it works. We will be return visitors!
