The bedsheets were disgusting.. the front desk staff was very friendly and kind. What ruined our experience is we payed for an extra hour to clean, and as soon as my significant other left the room there was a man standing in my doorway just watching me after I told him i payed for an extra hour. And wouldn't leave as I was alone cleaning the room.We stayed to clean and found old clothes of other residents from before. The man seemed nice but was very off-putting being my boyfriend had just left the room and wasn't sure how to handle the situation. I paid for another hour of privacy to clean and him hovering until my bf showed up was just strange. Again nice staff and and worked with us at late hours. Just should've been left alone as soon as I said I paid for extra time. Other than that whole ordeal. Nice people work there. Just won't be visiting again.

It's too much traffic inside and out through all hours of the night. Animals are allowed inside and outside without a leash .. yelling in the hallway multiple times..... room wasn't properly cleaned, hair in the shower... the air conditioner didn't work at all.... there wasn't a telephone in my room..

Front desk was nice but the room was very falsely advised. Room looked nothing like pictures and the bathroom was nasty the light didn't work the shower rod was broke the shower curtain has something nasty and sticky mirror wasn't clean and had nasty stuff on it. Blanket on bed had huge white stain and hadn't been washed. No coffee or tea maker 1 lamp didn't work the other had a burnt out bulb. It was nasty. I do not plan on staying there again.

The hallways are filthy, the room had not been cleaned. The bathroom had an empty toilet paper roll with no additional toilet paper. There were crumbs on the floor and all the dressers had crumbs and dust. There was no remote for the tv. There was 1 bath towel and when we asked for more we got them but there were stains. I will say the bed was comfy but I'm doubtful the sheets were clean. The staff person checking us in was a professional who deserves to be working at a much finer establishment.
