The store is out of a lot of products. Cameras were out of stock! Associate help was non existent!!! One associate was helping a couple who were buying a computer and he paged multiple times for 2 of us waiting. It was a waste of time going in just buy online and hope for the best.

In the past 3 months I have purchased a dryer and 2 stoves for apartment units at Best Buy. The first 2 we bought online and had delivered. The most recent stove we researched online and picked up an open box model at the store. Open box appliances over $400 get an additional $50 off when you get them at the store. We ended up with an$800+ stove for under $500. Plus they loaded it onto our truck!

Highly recommend coming here for cell phone service. I'm having a difficult time switching from one carrier to another. Jeremy and Amanda have been absolutely AMAZING! They both went above and beyond to try to get my phone up and running - I sincerely can't thank them enough for the hours they spent helping me. The customer service here is the best by far!

Take it into the Best Buy Geek Squad and they should be able to take care of it. Even if you don't have a gift receipt, they should still honor any kind of warranty on it.

Their return policy is for 15 days. Elite members have a 30 day policy and I am not sure about elite plus members.
Best Buy will take it back. How many days has it been since you bought it.? I would call them. That's what I always do before I travel to a place. I think it's 30 days I'm not for sure. But they are good about returns. And tell them your situation. Even speak to a manager if you have to. I suggest you speak to a manager upfront anyway. Hope all goes well. You know you can Google the telephone number, right?
