Take it into the Best Buy Geek Squad and they should be able to take care of it. Even if you don't have a gift receipt, they should still honor any kind of warranty on it.
You need to make sure the sound bar is linked to the woofer, you have to link them via Bluetooth. The blinking light means it is looking for the connection. Also, make sure the sound bar is properly connected to your t.v.
What if i don't have a receipt? Can i just give the name of the person who bought it if they paid with their card?
Return it to customer service with receipt on all electronics & will be glad to assist you.
