The staff were all very friendly and helpful Justin at the front desk was helpful and very friendly. Anna at the front desk shared information about the area we appreciated the information very much and the maintenance staff had that pool in PERFECT ORDER!!! The water temperature was very inviting and the chemicals were perfectly balanced and we enjoyed it very much. I recommend staying with this hotel anytime you need a good place to stay in Flint Michigan.

This hotel is an up and coming establishment. There is a deposit for all gusets and that is to attempt to weed out the ones that are going to smoke in the rooms or be troublesome guests to others. The bad reviews on here mostly come from those guests that have had their deposits taken. We are inexpensive and friendly. We hope you give our hotel a chance to prove ourselves to you and make your stay as pleasant as possible on a simple budget. Thank you for reading and hope to see you in the near future.

The staff here is super helpful & they're always cleaning, so even though the rooms and building are a little older, it's all good. Breakfast items are limited, but the room rate is low. Basically this is a no-frills place, but our room was clean and the bed was super comfortable.

It's in a good location for places to eat and things to do. Good rates for the surrounding areas. Has continental breakfast and heated pool indoors. Could use some work on service and cleanliness. Hallways smell of smoke and sometimes loud noises from other guest in the hallway and slamming doors. I stay here at least once every​ 4 to 6 weeks so i do feel safe!
