The woman at the desk was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and the perfect size for me. Even though the place seemed pretty full the night I was there, it was fairly quiet. Only negative thing was that the soap in the shower was empty, but I just grabbed the bar of soap from the sink. I didn't get up early enough for breakfast, so I cannot rate the food.

The best Holiday Inn Express we have been in. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was very good. Eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, toast, fruit ,bagels and hot and cold cereal.

This is a pretty high score, but do you want to know why? No where else in the area can you get such a clean comfortable room, with fluffy pillows and new decor, plus a great continental breakfast (with a cool pancake printer!), AND excellent customer service (thanks Lehanne & Ken!). Positive: The updates are excellent. The beds are so comfortable and the atmosphere is inviting. The best thing I loved about the hotel is the Breakfast and the Pancake maker. That is a hit. I am so sold on going to that hotel. The breakfast was amazing and fresh. Negative: I think that you should extend your check out times. One thing I liked about one of the area hotels was there check out times was at noon. Have vending machines on each floor with drinks and snacks. At a reasonable price I was thirsty one night.
