Whats the point in making an appointment if they aren't even going to get to you an hour after you apt. time. This place is a joke! And so are the tow truck drivers that are contracted to do their work.! (Flat rate towing)

took 1 hour to find a car on main lot...turns out it was in the shop! no wonder we couldn't find the thing. they try, but most haven't a clue what's going on... there was an employee driving a tow truck who was very helpful!!
