If you want an awesome and honest place to go for fine jewlery and fixes, look no more. Honestly I never post reviews but I had to after the amazing experience I had with the workers here. My bf bought a 1,300$ 10k gold with diamond accent ring from the mall. Bad idea. I brought it to Zaks and the woman was so honest and straight forward with me. I am so thankful. I accidentally hit the ring on somthing and the prong twisted. I brought it in that moment to another jewler (not Zaks) and they just grabbed it with their hand and forcefully twisted it back...wow. So I decided to go to Zaks. Best decision ever!! The employees are so kind and honest that I refuse to go anywhere else now. I love Zaks and will continue to always do business with them.Thank you guys!!

I insist on paying since I don’t buy much. They are very nice people and deserve my money. If I’d purchased the watch from them they MAY have some sort of deal to adjust the watch for you (I’ve done this). Good wishes.
