I insist on paying since I don’t buy much. They are very nice people and deserve my money. If I’d purchased the watch from them they MAY have some sort of deal to adjust the watch for you (I’ve done this). Good wishes.

They most probably can. I would not assume any service to be free.
Michael, I'm so sorry that I'm just noticing this question! I can't believe it took me so long to notice this. We can absolutely resize a watch for you, the cost is only $5.00. :)
