Arrived late evening. Had a room booked and the staff were waiting and ready when we arrived. They were really friendly and helpful. The checkin process was simple and fast. The room was great and breakfast was good. Nice coffee. This is really a nice place to spend the night when you are in this area.

Teresa and Tim have done an excellent job injecting their bed and breakfast with impeccable southern hospitality by way of New Jersey. Thoroughly recommend this place to anyone even remotely close to Murfreesboro.

What a beautiful experience I had at Flanagan House Bed and Breakfast! Their hospitality was warm and welcoming. Our room was very roomy and comfortable. Breakfast was a feast to behold! It tasted delicious and was also a real treat for the eyes! I can't wait to go back to Murfreesboro and stay there again. Thanks Teresa for a wonderful experience!
