July 13, 2022: Terrible Food Service. I wanted my food cooked to order and when I asked for a soda a boy responded "do you want your soda cooked to order as well" very rudely. It was 1am, I had just gotten off of work. That response was unnecessary. He refused to serve me for an issue he caused. He said he was a manager and if that's true they really do need better customer service. Not everyone deserves a promotion. If I can rate less than one star I would.

Literally called 10 times right now to make sure they don't mess up my online order again. Nobody is answering. I wish Doordash wouldn't let this store be online anymore there's another one in South fontana.

I prefer this McDonalds location. The employees are sweethearts. The drive thru is always fast. Every time I visit it is absolutely the best McDonald's experience I've ever had. Perfection...and since I worked in the food service industry for over a decade I don't say that lightly...and can't believe a fast food restaurant can operate on that level. Congrats to the manager and franchise owner. 👏

Placed a mobile order and was delayed for pickup. As much as you want to be upset about a situation like this, when approached (the staff) were extremely helpful and professional about their responses. You could tell they had a lot going on so the pros outweigh the cons. Overall a good experience. I only wish they would’ve kept the waiting customers informed as some were waiting to place orders for some time.
