Worst food and worst customer service Took for ever to get my order and when I got it it was old food and nasty . Team leader was not able to fix my order because she was too busy on her phone . I will not be giving my business to this restaurant. Awful!

They dont know what fast means and food isnt the word i would use to describe what comes out of thier kitchen. Drive thru mean they tell you to park and forget about your order.

Came through the drive through between 10-11 pm on Monday night and I sat in the drive thru for 35 minutes before getting my food. When I pulled up to the window I seen my 2 large oreo shakes melting on the counter....the lady tried to hand them to me like that with the whip cream melting and shakes melted, so I asked her to please remake them....what does she do...?? SHE JUST PUT FRESH WHIP CREAM ON TOP OF THE MELTED WHIP CREAM. At that point I was just glad to be getting out of the line so then I got my food. I ordered a spicy chicken meal which for 11 dollars....I expect a fresh meal...nope the chicken tasted like it had been in a warmer for hours. This place was not worth the wait in the drive thru. Not even worth complaining. I don't want a reason to go back.

On 12/26/21 at 12:46 went through the drive thru. The lady at the window was rude and gave us our order incomplete. When we asked where the rest of our food was she got a bigger attitude. She needs to be trained better or put in a position where she can't give a customer attitude.This is disappointing to hear, Johnny.
