Ordered #2 Meal. Did survey on previous receipt..which says buy one get one free sandwich. I ordered a meal.. Manager "Anna" said NO.. you must order sandwich only.!!! Not a meal.! to get Free one.??? What?? This has never happened at any McDonalds anywhere. I paid more for a meal with upsize coffee. She is completely Wrong.

Should be shut down fries cold brought them out to truck first burgers came next got home 5 minutes away quartet pounders not cooked 2 of them I mean like almost rare headed back so p d off decided better not never again

I will never again. They would not let me order at all. I was driving my semi when I went here at 2 am after rushing to deliver a load. The whole way I plan to go there because it was open and I was starving. Since I could not fit In the drive threw I had to continue starving. **** these people.

Burnt & unfresh french fries & indifferent borderline rude customer service, they also were initially unable to provide my receipt for my credit card paid order through the drive-thru for some unknown reason on any of their POS registers although supposedly having 3 managers on duty. Almost 30 minutes later they figured it out. Wouldn't recommend this location to anyone tbh. Also but not accounted for rating given the Ice cream machine was down as expected & they were out of McRibs, bummer all around really...Update also my double quarter pounder deluxe was missing a patty verified against my receipt they charged me for a double quarter pounder deluxe & gave me a quarter pounder instead. I didn't realize until I got home🤬 If I could put zero stars I would. Everything that could go wrong with my McDonald's visit essentially went wrong. Worst location ever.
