I went pick up an online order & I waited at the register which has signs "pick up online order here" for 5 minutes and there was 1 store associate who seen me walk in and didn't even greet me or ask what I needed,. So I finally go and find a store associate to retrieve my order. When I get up to tell him I'm here to pick up my order, I notice about 3 other males and 2 females just in the back on their phones. The customer service here is TRASH. First and LAST time shopping here.!

I needed to replace my wiper blades and while checking out, I had a few questions about installing them. The associate was very helpful and even came out to my car to install them. Prices were good and customer service was great!

I was here just now, and is 4 employees and no body care or looking me, they just passed front to me and I say some one here to help a costumer and they still ignore me. So why this place open for?? I was want take video but is lost time. I hope they be better to costumer care...I was the only one costumer. Better just buy in AutoZone..

I had ordered car wax online and was sent an email that it was ready to be picked up. I drove 9 miles to this store and had to wait a long time before someone came up front to assist me. Then I was informed that the item I purchased online was no longer available, out of stock, sold out. I was taken by surprise since I had received an email informing me that the item I ordered online and already paid for, was no longer available. It was a total waste of my precious time. It does reflect badly on Advance Auto. I'll never order anything online or buy from Advance Auto again. Never expected to be treated this way.
