Came in with a bad battery. They tested it and said battery was good but alternator was bad. I had no option really but to buy the alternator. Replaced it, and guess what it was bad battery. Hundreds spent on an alternator I didn't need because now they claim their machine was defective and sent back for repair. Basically told me tough luck and not willing to make right on the unnecessary alternator purchase.

Jovic,s automotive service this store and staff have no idea about customer service they are not professional and don't know what they doing 3 times I been treated with lying and badly when I call for 6 times asking where is my part they hang up in my face they need to go for a lot off training or close business
