This was my worst experience in a Napa store and I felt as if I was bothering the staff for assistance when purchasing a new battery. This feels odd as I've never felt complied to write a bad review, but I felt it necessary to warn other about this store.

Clerks were very knowledgeable, helpful, and had very pleasant attitudes. Have been there in the past and had the same experience. When parts aren't in stock they do their best to locate them for you and set up an in store or home delivery. Will definitely be using them again.

Manager was making smart aleck comments behind my back regarding not wearing a mask. State mask mandate is over. I do not need NAPA auto parts to tell me how to take care of my own health. Plus half the employees and vendors don’t wear one or not correctly so just drop it you little Tyrant.Thanks for taking time to write a review, John. I'm leaving 5 stars-Antonio was very friendly and knowledgeable, he was able to diagnose and repair my vehicle without any doubt. And zeddy did a quick and quality oil change!
