Exceptional customer care. Erick explained the concerns to me, then helped me by changing out a Jeep battery (it was not a typical or easy change due to add-ons) when he could have easily said it was too difficult a task. In retrospect, while I’m fairly capable of figuring things out, there’s no doubt I would not have been successful without the guidance and assistance provided. Erick rechecked the systems once the new battery was installed, so I have peace of mind that I won’t get stranded somewhere now. Thank you. This location is open late until 10pm and they are great.
