Gorgeous trip!!!! Had a peaceful and fun trip on the Argia schooner in Mystic this week! The crew was friendly and informative. Shout out to Captains Jack ana Eric, and the fabulous Colleen for her stories and keeping an eye on everyone! All 3 of the crew worked hard and contributed to a beautiful afternoon at sea. I know they didn’t create the perfect weather- but it was stunning!!!! Thank you. I’ll go again when I can😎🛟 ⚓️

Crew was great, beautiful views...only reason it's not 5 stars is the seating. Online and when you call, seating is described as separate benches per party, but it's shared seating which resulted in a complete stranger bumping into you often when sailing.

Disappointing. The ship was beautiful and her crew was friendly and very knowledgeable. The cruise starts with a leisurely ride down river that takes roughly 40-45 minutes before reaching the open waters of Long Island sound. Once in the sound, we circled the waters between Ram Island, Groton Long Point, and Fishers Island for another 30 minutes or so. We booked the "Sunset Cruise" so we anxiously watched the sun sink lower anticipating a beautiful sunset over the water. We were wrong. We began the return trip up river WELL before the sunset. We were back on dry land in Downtown Mystic when the sun actually set out of our view. If you're looking for a relaxing 2 hour boat ride, free of attractions or expectations, I'd imagine the day time cruises would satisfy you. If you're expecting to see an actual sunset on a "sunset cruise," you're going to be disappointed as well.
