Honestly this place is terrible. I walked in looking to purchase a bracelet and the people working were extremely rude and high pressure. As soon as I started talking to them the whole mood in the room changed and it felt toxic. I also had a friend with me and he noticed them rolling their eyes and smirking as I was speaking to them. Please save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else. Ps. There were 2 people working there. One was an elderly lady with white hair and the other was a younger lady who I believe to be the manager. Both rude as hell.

My husband and I go here often. Very nice and great serivce. Repairs do take long but the best part is it's covered. Staff is very friendly and kind to us, we will always be customers!!!

Was thinking should i write or not but here i am. After purchasing my engagement ring for my fiance we came back to look for wedding bands. Jennifer was nice to show us around and fit our needs and the same day we bought only one piece and went for custom order for another piece. Same day went to Kay outlet in miromar outlets and were helped to choose the same ring that Jennifer would custom make it for us for 2000$ cheaper just by alterating few things.She should have offer the same option as Lissa in miromar outlets did!! Good job Lissa (Miromar outlet) When we came back the next day to cancel the custom make order she was annoyed that we do this and almost belittling us for doing this. She did not make eye contact and her face gave us impression like” you lost me 1hr of my time for nothing” We spent over 4K on jewelry here for just to be treated like that. I dont think so. Last 4 reviews should let you make a decision to go there or not. Save your time and go somewhere else.
