Budget has to be the worst rental place to rent cars from. From the incompetent 800 customer service robot that barely understands anything, to the people on the other end of the phone who find it challenging to understand basic conversation, it was a horrible experience. We had to ask the customer service rep from the 800 number to quiet her dog who was barking the entire time. When we finally got our Kia Sorento, the screen did not work, nor did the driver side mirror. We called the 800 number and talked to 3 different reps within an hour, who all told us that the physical locations had a car we could exchange. When we got there to exchange our defective car.....nope! They location did not have cars, nor would they help us if they did. I would not recommend Budget!
