My experience with RRCA was awesome from start to finish. Mike H worked with my insurance company to get some if it covered, which was a great help. Throughout the entire process from picking the shingles to all the updates, Mike kept us well informed - his customer service skills are outstanding. He was able to schedule the roof replacement while we were away on vacation, which was great because I often work from home. We were only away for three days, but he assured us it would be done in that time - and it was! Highly recommended!

Little kindness god a long way and it really makes no difference where they are from. They are there to do the job they are payed for. I sad hello to them they have greeted me back. Your sales rep is the one who will answer any questions you may have. At least our rep Deshawn did.
I’d go to their site, use THEIR number, and call and ask if they contacted you. I’m sure a scammer is possibly using their name because their real company is reputable. They didn’t call me originally… they came in person.
