I went to the Naples showroom at 38 Goodlette- Frank Rd. to see the shower systems. I liked one of them but wanted to know if the hand shower head could be changed to the one I liked better. One of the female salespersons asked me if I needed help. I asked the question but she said she was busy attending other customers who wanted to buy a sink. She directed me to Matt at the front desk. Matt was sitting at the desk surfing the Internet. I asked for his help but he stated he could not leave the front desk. I offered to show him the picture of the system on my cell phone. He asked " And who directed you to me?" I answered : " Your coworker. She said you were taking care of walks in" . He stated: Oh no, no absolutely no". so I walked out of the store saying " You are very "friendly" at Ferguson. I felt that the customer service was really awful. Either the showroom should have a person dedicated to walk ins or it should be closed and available only by appointment. I work with Cornerstone on my bathroom and all the fixture are supposed to be bought through Ferguson. I will ask if we can change the supplier for the bathroom lights, mirrors, sinks, sink hardware as well shower system. I prefer not ever to do business again with your company.
