Nice cafe with very good coffee and delicious breakfast at reasonable prices. The outmeal bowls in particular are really good. The service is very friendly and humorous. We were here 3 times.

Absolute must when visiting the city of Naples. Stable breakfast and decent coffee at decent prices. The highlight is the owner himself, behind whose sometimes coarse humor there is a great travel guide with countless tips on activities and sights in the region. (Czech beer is also available there)

The owner clearly loves his work! and is really great with his espresso / coffee and his food offerings. This is the only place in the area to offer a menu of multiple and rare espresso offerings! It's so rare to find somewhere like this that makes proper espresso drinks. The European breakfast options are good. If you come here you should not be too serious, come laid back and be willing to take a joke or two. The owner may harass you slightly, but only to get a laugh out of you. If you aren't sure what to order ask him to surprise you and you may just end up with an espresso with a shot of brandy. Which is quite good btw. Everything is done in good taste, but I think it may be a culture shock for some people who expect the utmost politeness and their every demand be catered to. What you should expect is great coffee (done right), good food, and a joke or two. My biggest wish about this place is that I wish it was in my home town so that I could become a regular.

Given its side-street setting, Divine Naples Coffee & Wine is a destination location. And given the owner's extraverted personality and desire to interact with guests, Divine qualifies as "iconoclastic dining," the polar opposite of the impersonal chain eatery offering "same old, different day" cuisine. The establishment is loaded with charm, loaded with quirk. Service is quick and efficient but the objective is NOT getting you served and out the door. Rather Divine is a place to hang out, drink coffee or a glass of wine, meet friends or make new ones, and go "offline" for a spell as you chill and relax. If the huge national coffee chain founded in Seattle encourages patrons to cocoon and knock out work projects on their laptops while sipping lattes by themselves, Divine seems to want you to leave the laptop in the car and interact with others instead. Don't go to Divine and ask for the Wi-Fi code, for that's not the point of the experience. The menu is broad and eclectic. Interesting choices abound. As a first timer, I enjoyed a chicken-salad sandwich presented on the freshest, flakiest croissant I have ever encountered. Dessert was berry strudel -- a fresh, flaky and flavorful concoction worthy of my vow to skip desserts after lunch. I will tackle the rest of the menu in due time. Maybe I will meet you there one day.
