Patricia is an *amazing* Pilates instructor! With her background as a professional ballerina, she pays careful attention to form. Patricia helped me improve my form in order to maximize my workouts and results! If you are in the Naples area, you must go to Patricia for an incredible Pilates workout! I learned so much from her and I am stronger and better for it. :)

The highly qualified instructors here Abdel and Patricia, offer elite training and individualized attention for all dancers of any skill level from beginner kids, adults, advanced and professional dancers. I have known Abdel and Patricia for nearly 10 years and trained with them through my graduation into my professional ballet career. They set each dancer up for success giving them the tools they need to pursue dance as their profession or as their passion if they chose to pursue another career path. This studio truly facilitates an environment of growth and both in dance and personally. Ms Patricia and mr Abdel have had inspiring career that their dancers look up to and have really made this studio my home away from home! If you don’t train here with the best- you’re missing out!!
