I e never had an issue with Costco, but this department is horrible. I’ve left 3 messages for an appointment, and no one ever calls you back. I’m now making a trip into the store to make an appointment for an adjustment since there not working

This department should be shut down. I have called 16 times for over three weeks to get an appt yo set a hearing installation nobody has called me back ?!

Do I need an appointment on this Saturday morning to have my senior family member's costco hearing aid looked at for a minor repair?
Yes, you need an appointment because first they do a hearing test to see exactly what your hearing loss is. I highly recommend Costco as their prices are much lower than anyone else and excellent customer service.
