These folks are SO helpful and have saved me from myself multiple times. They understand the problem I'm trying to solve immediately and offer suggestions that make the project go a lot smoother and quicker. Don't waste your time going to a big box store. These guys are the real deal.

These guys are incredible. Best customer service and product knowledge I have ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and avoid the big box stores for your sprinkler needs. Sprinkler Supply will put a smile on your face as you save both time and money.

You can use a reducing union coupling. 1 side is 1/2 and the other is 1/4. It depends on what the tube is made of (PVC, copper, ect) but like James said, take some pics and take it in. They'll help you find what you need

How do I find the the station that isn't working in the sprinkler box?

Paul & Penny Dalrymple | Oct 1, 2018
gregory heisey | Oct 1, 2018

Go to the clock find the station on the clock that isn't working look at the color wire hook to that station then go to the valve box and locate the valve with that color wire turn the valve solenoid or bleeder valve and the valve should activate if it does it could be a solenoid or wiring problem or you have no time on the clock for that zone
