Once I found the yellow does at the back of the building, they were great! Someone was there to meet me with my load of documents. We dumped them into bins, they were weighed, I paid by the pound, and I was done. Very convenient, and CSS provides work and training for people with special needs. Awesome!

This is located at the back of the Columbus Community center, drive thru the black gates and go to the yellow garage door. There is a door bell on the smaller door. Price seemed reasonable and the staff that helped was friendly. 1 shredder was down out of 2 so my documents were going to sit around for a few days before they got shredded.

We had been with CSS for many years. Their service used to be fantastic until Curtis took over as Director of Business Operations. Now, they get a rating of poor on pretty much everything. The support staff at CSS do their best to soften Curtis' tyrannical "lack of customer service" policies but it's just sad to see such a great company digress due to poor management. We switched our shredding needs to another firm for this reason.
