For shame!! Charging $17.00 for an Itty bitty cake. Inflation at its finest. You're lucky Harmons doesn't put a price tag on your cakes. Rather you get up to checkstand only to have a jaw dropping moment where your only choice is to either look completely cheap and wait the 15 minutes for the store employee to void the transaction, or you move forward with the asanine purchase that could have fed my chubby face 3 cakes for that price! For shame! Next time heading to Costco for a sheet cake that will feed 50 people for that price. Cakes de Fleur.. ain't no meur!!

Chose Cakes de Fleur to do my husband's 60th birthday cake. I had a very specific cake in mind and provided all the information I could on what I wanted (pictures, detailed notes, etc.). Not only did they deliver what I wanted but the cake itself was DELICIOUS (bottom cake was carrot with cream cheese frosting and top was chocolate with buttercream frosting). Everyone at the party loved how the cake looked and tasted. It told a story from his life and the smile on his face when we unveiled it to wish him a happy birthday was worth every cent paid. Thank you Cakes de Fleur!! (p.s. - The little campfire-looking thing at the top in the photo was my attempt at adding candles so not their work. It was me trying my hardest to be creative....and I failed. Lol).

In the Salt Lake Valley, you can get our 6" cakes from The Store, The Store Gateway, Harmons Holladay, Harmons Brickyard, Harmons 7th Street, Harmons City Creek, Harmons Bangerter, Harmons Mountain View, and Pirate O's. (As well as Harmons Station Park in Farmington and Meiers Meats & Fine Foods in Alpine). Additionally, You can pre-order any size cake, create a custom cake, or we usually have a small selection of premade 6" cakes available... please call ahead to make sure we have what you want. 801-474-2253 We are located at 235 W. They are a specialty cake shop so it's very possible.
Yes, you can buy frosting by the pound. And while we like to have as much notice as possible, we will turn around cakes on short notice if we can (we will always prioritize existing orders).
