My mother and I came here a year ago and received very attentive service from an older gentleman. He helped me choose a unique ring that I wear everyday still. Yesterday I brought my sister, and even though we were the only customers in the store, were not greeted or even acknowledged. There was a different sales person who was not just cold but rude to us when we actually tried to engage with her. She clearly didn't want us in the store. Despite the unwelcoming customer service, I'm still giving the store 3 stars because I do truly love their jewelry.

My husband & I are celebrating our anniversary & we went to Angel Haven in Mystic. Such beautiful jewelry & really nice staff. I was eyeing the Cape Cod necklace & my husband purchased it for me. It’s absolutely gorgeous !

What a wonderful shop. The place is pretty , the staff is so so so nice and we're so good with my teenage daughter. They have such beautiful prices, we all picked out some things. My husband got a claw ring and an gorgeous patterned carbonized tungsten piece , I got a lovely victorian style amethyst and my daughter and I got matching mystic topaz hearts. Loved it too much , spent a teeny fortune
