I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received today. I was walking down the street and looked at the beautiful jewelry in the window. I saw a gorgeous necklace that I wanted to see closer so I stepped inside. The woman working there (Kaitlyn), even though she was clearly working on another project, stopped what she was doing, smiled and welcomed me in right away. I asked to see the piece and she took it out of the display, let me try it on and I feel in LOVE with it. A gorgeous 14k gold fish necklace on the chain. I told her I’d take it and she offered to clean it for me (I agreed), she was genuinely thrilled to see how much I loved the piece and I couldn’t wait to put it on and wear it out!!! Thank you so much, Kaitlyn, I will be sending all of my friends to you! Absolutely incredible jewelry and the kindest heart!

everyone was very kind and helpful. i saw a ring on the website that was unfortunately sold, but the manager helped me find a gorgeous antique sapphire ring! couldn't be happier with my (my boyfriends) purchase! when i went back to get resized, the manager went above and beyond to keep my cranky, teething toddler occupied while the owner helped me. amazing customer service that will never disappoint!

Kaitlyn was so helpful in my mad hunt for a wedding band! My husband and I stumbled upon this store and I couldn't have been more grateful! I walked in, a little disheartened from all the searching I had done at large jewelry companies, and couldn't have been more happy not only to find the perfect ring, but also to support this amazing small business!
