Got a Timex watch I'm quite comfortable with. Back came off this AM. Tried to get back on securely and cracked crystal. Does Shaw handle something like this?

I JUST got off the phone with them. Yes they can do this. Yes they send them out. Warning: there is a $35 non-refundable deposit, the turn around time is 4-6 weeks minimum, the watchmaker left for vacation today! He’ll be back 9/6/22…
