Racially discriminatory establishment that show’s extreme favoritism to Hispanic/Latino residents. Don’t bother with filing complaints because they will go nowhere. Call and email the management office all you want, nothing will be done about it. They also cater heavily to individuals who wish to live on government assistance forever and never better their lives. So if you want to sit around on public assistance and never aspire to anything they will love you. If you are employed and making decent money you will be charged market rate to live in public housing. This neighborhood is not for people who are legitimately working toward a more financially stable life but just need a little help to get them fully on their feet. Avoid this place at all cost if you can. It’s not worth your sanity, health, or safety. I see why republicans are against government assistance, it’s a breeding ground for leeches and those who enable them.
