I can't believe it took me so long to visit this place. There are some breathtaking views. Well worth coming up to take a look. Perfect for a little romantic date and bulls bridge inn is right across the way

Parking is ample, unless you go at peak time, the walk to the pathway takes you through the bridge, alongside a two way road. Drivers are very aware and will always give you lots of room. Make sure to stop at the windows on the bridge and take in the view.

What a gorgeous stretch of the Housatonic River! There are beautiful views on both sides of the bridge and beyond. Be careful walking through the bridge, especially with a dog. The traffic is not always as pedestrian friendly as needed, and the "sidewalk" in the bridge is very narrow and incomplete. There is a smaller parking area for two cars near an overlook with one handicap. From this parking area, the overlook is wheelchair and walker accessible if you go slowly. Definitely worth a stop!

If coming from NY side, go through the bridge. Parking lot is on the right. As Robert says above, the lot is free with no overnight parking.
