Yes, there is a dog walking area. Many residence have dogs, and cats.
Sometimes owners rent their homes. But as far as I know, none are for rent now

I don't live there but I have visited my sister many times. They have a lot of activities in the clubhouse including bingo, card games, socials, dances, dinners, and more. The people are friendly, the place is well maintained, and it's a very nice place. The residents are required to maintain their own lawns and houses. It is owned by Sun Communities and they maintain the common areas. It is located on Highway 200 which makes it very close to stores, doctors and hospitals.
Most homes are purchased in cash here,you won't know for sure until you put in an application with the office, but I'm sure they will be willing to work with you.

The community is very aware of outsiders who enter the neighborhood. Plus there is an access gate that is closed 6 pm to 6 am at the entrance. Requires remote control to enter. I'd be more worried about someone trying to steal bank account or credit card number than breaking in to steal a TV.
400-500....some are higher. Not worth it!!! Don't think there is a wt limit. Big and little dogs. Some people have 1 dog others have 3-4- 5.. Lawn maintenance not included with rent. Some local residents rip you off, so better to use outside lawn service.
