Hands down the best park in Redding!! Non discriminatory based on year model. They go on a trailer to trailer basis. The manager is just very cordial n willing to help anyone n the residents are all so far just layed back friendly working folks.

Took a look at this park recently and was surprised how clean and tidy it was. Met the new manager Paul and he was very sweet. He explained the up coming improvements planned by the owners. I could see myself living there.
