Good clean place, people our great and very friendly I haven't had any problems here. Would recommend to a friend or family if I had any say so.

This place is a awful place to live. Drug dealers, home invasions, theft, unkept drainage issues, car theft, rude unfriendly people not a place to call home for sure, this is what you get to deal with if you live there. These people will get your large down payments from you and kick you out. These are awful people to deal with. Lawn people weed eats and make rocks hit your brand new car now you have to fix the paint and get a new windshield. Management complaints alot and the have no leaway with rent payments. Neighbors are loud. This is a aweful place to live take your money and kick you out. Kicked single mom and her kids out. Bad. Why becauee i was late in rent. Always paid my rent always gave me a 3 day notice when they knew i was out of the country. Nice way to run a business taking advantage of people. I would not recommend living here or any other places managed by this company.

Small but beautiful. Very friendly neighborhood. No phone reception but very child friendly even without a pool
