This can be a great 5 star store even if it's seasonal it just depends on who sets up the store. One year like 5 years ago someone setup the displays & it was awesome!

I showed up at 10:20, checked on the website before I left my house, it stated clearly it was opened at 10:00 (even on their doors). Mon-Sat open at 10:00-9:00n Sunday open at 11:00. It was not open. Watched multiple confused and angry customers walk away. 10:40 an employee FINALLY shows up but runs inside and locks the door behind him. At this point the customers start knocking on the window. I try and call a number that is NOT local and directed me to the website. The employee said they can't open until 11:30 due to a possible emergency? He was not civil or very apologetic for it and just shrugged us off. I could count 6 cars not including myself who had drove up and drove away either mad or confused. This is a store that is only open for a short period of time in a small town. To me this is horrible management as well to only have one employee open a big store even if it was an emergency! Very disappointed. Oh and to add when I got home I found out an acquaintance got there as soon as I left and the guy told her they opened at 11:00?? So I don't know what kind of game this kid is playing but he needs to be retrained on proper communication skills and work ethics. Also a picture was later posted the store sign hours were taken down.

They have a wide selection of everything you need for any Halloween costume. Even if you don't know what you wanna be you can go there and see some great options. They have every thing that is popular in today's world. They were a bit pricey but definitely worth looking for ideas. I got some good stuff for my Harley Quinn Halloween costume this year.
