This was my families first and only Covid test. The test itself was easy. The on site staff was nice and friendly. We were in and out. We got our test results 52 hours later after 3 phone calls. The woman answering the phone (Same one on all 3 calls) isn’t helpful at all. If you need your test result, I’d recommend calling and asking by providing your last name. They will not ask you for this information. You must insist on receiving it. All in all, we appreciate the service. Can’t wait for all of this to be behind us.

[Nasal swab] We have had results same day (12h)or + 4 days one time it was lost as under 18yo results will be given to guardian. When they are just 18+ they become responsible. Just be sure to ask to proofread work for typos. 😌 may save on last moment stresses. CLEAN & (usually) QUICK , the helpful Professionals, will greet at the entrance to provide a test requisition (a quick form) to complete. Be informed: Without a waiting area in social distancing .. My Tip: 🌦 🏥 Rain or Shine (Not Wind), accessorize for your comfort while awaiting your turn. An "Umbrella " providing Shade in the hot Sun⛱, or the shelter from the fresh rain.☔ Helpful : kind Professional, if available upon request, share a loaner ☂️ until seen. They are AWESOME! Melissa brought the papers and the test lady to my car since I am in a wheelchair. I received my negative call right on time the following day.

They handle their long line efficiently and effectively. However they have no sympathy or compassion for the patients they’re intaking. After a 45 minute wait outside in 93 degree weather I began to feel faint and dizzy. I have a history of heatstroke and popped my head inside the building and asked if I could lay down or sit somewhere in the cold air for a minute. They offered no help and immediately began to treat me as if I was an annoyance. The nurse was more interested in making sure payment for the test was handled rather than checking on me. When they finished swabbing me I asked if there was anywhere I could get water. The nurse just said “No” and shook her head. No making sure I was okay. No regard for the patients well-being at all. Just there to test you and get you out the door.
